At Derma Beauty PK, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
• The original packaging, tags, seals, and labels must be intact.
• You must provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Return requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear pictures or videos of the product, where required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Approved returns must be sent to:

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please check your order immediately after receiving it.

Contact us as soon as possible if:

• The product is damaged.
• The product is defective.
• You received the wrong product.
• An item is missing from your order.

Our team will review the matter and help resolve it.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products cannot be returned.

We also cannot accept returns for:

• Products with broken seals
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance products
• Hazardous or flammable products

Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a product is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different product, you must first return the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you want.

Return Shipping Charges

Return delivery charges will normally be paid by the customer.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Derma Beauty PK may cover the return delivery charges after reviewing and approving your claim.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from Derma Beauty PK.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it.

We will inform you by email, phone, or WhatsApp whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method or another agreed payment method within 30 days.

Please note that banks, card providers, and payment services may require additional time to show the refunded amount in your account.

Cancelled Orders

You may request an order cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our return policy.
